Residential Pricing
• 1/4 Acre Lawn: Approximately $45-$50 per week. •1/2 Acre Lawn: Approximately $50-$75 per week. •1-Acre Mow: Approximately $60-$100 per week. 2 Acres+ Lawn: Approximately $100-$283 per week. •Biweekly Lawns add another $20-$50 to the above costs •Included Services Edging, weed-whacking, and Blowing
Small To Medium Commercial
Up to 1 acre: $30-$75 per visit, depending on the amount of trimming.
Large Commercial
1-5 Acres: $50-$150 per acre, per visit 5+ Acres: $25-$60 per acre, per visit Pricing is based off Site Complexity: Lots with many obstacles fences, trees, garden beds, islands) take longer and cost more to service
Full-Service Maintenance Packages
• Average Cost: $800-$1,600 per acre, monthly Included Services: This includes weekly mowing, trimming/weed-whacking, edging, and debris removal Additional Services: Weed control. bush trimming, tree pruning, spring/fall cleanups are extra added
